HEALTH AND SAFETY LEGISLATION

The main overarching legislation is the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The following are some examples of legislation that may be applicable to your business:

UK and EU legislation requires businesses to set up procedures to demonstrate traceability, implement Product Recall and conduct Due Diligence, Risk Assessment systems that include Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
